Negotiations on subscription to the online products delivered by the publishing house Elsevier took place at the Research Council of Lithuania. The negotiations were held among the Elsevier representatives Endre Beky and Piotr Golkiewicz, Chairman of the Research Council of Lithuania Prof. Eugenijus Butkus, representatives of the Ministry of Education and Science Raimondas Paškevičius and Albertas Žalys and the LMBA President Emilija Banionytė.
